amazing hotel experience!

bus passes garage parking local coffee s m a l l b a t h r o o m

i really liked the complimentary bus passes. they made getting around town quite easy. garage parking was convenient. local coffee and tea every day was a charming touch. we appreciated that!

the bathroom was rather small, i thought. there wasn't much counter space to put personal items. this made getting ready a bit difficult.

Really good Stay!

generous room superb view hot pool

The reception area boasts a lovely design. A friendly welcome included a personal choice of hot beverages for the room. The size of the room was quite generous and the view was superb. I found the gym and hot pool facilities modern and clean!!!

The soundproofing was not perfect.

Excellent Mountain Getaway

rooftop hot tubs very nice view easy parking

I particularly enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs. They provided an very nice view of Cascade Mountain. The room was also lovely and included everything i needed. Parking proved very easy with a car.

The bathroom lacked counter space.

The hotel is situated at the front end of town. This location was great as it avoided driving through all the downtown traffic. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel, with easy transport.

Really good Stay, Modern and Cozy

The room was spacious and well designed. I appreciated the super clean environment the whole time. The food quality was high, especially in the bar (i love the bar!).

The front desk staff was rude after i asked simple questions upon arrival. I think they should improve the customer service training.
